"G-gio...I thought...I thought you're going to sleep?"
He didn't step inside her room. He just stood there with his eyes showing something different from her normal stares.
"You're right, Lauren. I have things to ask...things to say...a whole lot of it." Mahaba ang buntong-hinina nito ngunit hindi nito inalis ang mga mata sa kanya. "...mga bagay na dapat matagal ko ng sinabi pero hindi ko magawa...dahil takot ako...takot na takot ako. "
Gio was already inches near her. "G-Gio..."
"I was too coward then. But now, i cannot help it anymore, Lauren..." He was almost whispering her name and for the first time Lauren was terrified. Not of Gio but of her own feelings. "Lauren...I cannot suppress these feelings anymore...."
All she could muster words was his name as he was quarter inches near her. "G-gio..."
"Lauren..."
And as his mouth slowly descended on her, Lauren doesn't have a choice but to close her eyes.
